Qualified candidates will possess the following experience:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
Understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
Preferred Skills
Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, deployment).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Relevant certifications (AWS ML Specialty, TensorFlow Developer, etc.).

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable ML pipelines, working with large datasets, and applying deep learning techniques to solve real-world business problems.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise use cases.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets to develop predictive and prescriptive models.
Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, from data preprocessing to production deployment.
Research and evaluate new AI/ML frameworks, tools, and techniques.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
Monitor, test, and improve model performance over time.
Document processes and ensure reproducibility and scalability of ML solutions.
