• Designing and developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement optimal ServiceNow solutions based on business needs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow performance, configuration, and integrations.
• Modifying and improving existing ServiceNow systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the ServiceNow environment.
• Educating teams on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to ensure effective system usage.
• Ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance within the ServiceNow platform according to company policies and industry standards.
• Interacting with clients to provide technical support and making recommendations based on their unique needs.

• Designing and executing performance tests to evaluate the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications and systems.
• Collaborating with development and QA teams to identify performance testing requirements and objectives.
• Analyzing performance test results, identifying bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for performance improvements.
• Utilizing performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar technologies to conduct load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Modifying and improving performance test scripts and frameworks to optimize test coverage and accuracy.
• Monitoring system performance during testing and tracking key metrics such as response times, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Developing and maintaining automated performance testing solutions to streamline testing processes.
• Reporting on test results, providing detailed performance analysis, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Suggesting and implementing performance optimizations for applications and infrastructure based on test results.
• Collaborating with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure systems are optimized for peak performance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik, and experience with SQL and database technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, or similar.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, R, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Dot Net Developer (Web Forms, MVC, JavaScript, Angular 2 versions, SQL)

• Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
