Job Description
- Designing and executing performance tests to evaluate the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications and systems.
- Collaborating with development and QA teams to identify performance testing requirements and objectives.
- Analyzing performance test results, identifying bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for performance improvements.
- Utilizing performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar technologies to conduct load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Modifying and improving performance test scripts and frameworks to optimize test coverage and accuracy.
- Monitoring system performance during testing and tracking key metrics such as response times, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Developing and maintaining automated performance testing solutions to streamline testing processes.
- Reporting on test results, providing detailed performance analysis, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Suggesting and implementing performance optimizations for applications and infrastructure based on test results.
- Collaborating with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure systems are optimized for peak performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
