Job Description
- Designing, developing, and deploying modular cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to evaluate and identify the most effective cloud solutions, particularly on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Reviewing and addressing service requests, infrastructure needs, and incidents logged by implementation teams and clients.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and issues related to application deployment.
- Modifying and improving existing infrastructure systems to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements within infrastructure operations to optimize workflows and efficiency.
- Educating teams on the implementation and best practices of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure in accordance with security policies and best practices for cloud security.
- Regularly reviewing and assessing existing infrastructure systems, providing recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Providing technical support to clients and making recommendations based on their infrastructure needs and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
