Job Description
- Designing
and developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the
ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborating
with cross-functional teams to identify and implement optimal ServiceNow
solutions based on business needs.
- Troubleshooting
and resolving issues related to ServiceNow performance, configuration, and
integrations.
- Modifying
and improving existing ServiceNow systems to ensure scalability,
reliability, and optimal performance.
- Suggesting
and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the
ServiceNow environment.
- Educating
teams on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to
ensure effective system usage.
- Ensuring
data security, integrity, and compliance within the ServiceNow platform
according to company policies and industry standards.
- Interacting with clients to provide technical support and making recommendations based on their unique needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
