Qualification
Qualified candidates will possess the following experience:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of experience in IAM engineering or administration.
Strong experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Azure AD).
Knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, NIST).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud security (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM).
Scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Shell).
Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or vendor-specific IAM certs).

Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions, ensuring secure access to critical systems while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support IAM solutions (Okta, SailPoint, Ping, Azure AD, etc.).
Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls.
Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and security tools.
Perform access certifications, audit support, and compliance reporting.
Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with InfoSec, DevOps, and application teams to improve security posture.
Develop automation scripts for IAM processes where applicable.
